Relay for Life Cookbook!

Send in your favorite recipes for the Tift Regional Dental Group Relay cookbook. All proceeds will go to the American Cancer Society Relay for Life 2009.

Help us get started now by going through your families' favorite recipes. You can fill out one of our forms that we have available in our office or you can download the form from the link below (in pdf format). You may send your recipes by:

ALL RECIPES ARE DUE BY AUGUST 15, 2008.

You will be notified in the Fall newsletter when the cookbooks are ready to be picked up. These cookbooks, which are written and personalized by our valued patients, staff members, and friends, will be on sale for $12.00 each. All cookbooks that are reserved and paid for before the books arrive at our office will be sold for the discounted price of $11.00 each.
