We make every effort to be on time for our patients and ask that you extend the same courtesy to both us and the other patients. We strive to create a schedule that most efficiently provides for the dental needs of all the patients we serve. We trust that no change in your appointment will be necessary.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or have a signed parental consent form on file.
